OVER SIZED CARDIGANS

Who doesn't love over sized clothes. Even though I'm short this doesn't mean I can't join in the larger than life fun and so can you. At the weekend I have a habit of popping around to my Nan's and raiding her wardrobe. From the early 50's she has kept all of her key pieces of clothing and slowly I have been moving them into my wardrobe. This weekend I got my hands on this over sized cardigan which she wore in the mid 90's and people said she looked so expensive, well I felt expensive wearing it. You will see over time the pieces I have been given from my Nan. She's one in a million and my favourite shopping buddy.

Leather Affair

The clocks go back today which means summer is finally OVER! The mornings are darker and the evenings are getting colder. I've started my autumn with a River Island checked shirt and a Faux leather skater skirt from Missguided with lots of accessories.

Its an easy outfit which can go from day through to night, when your trying to fit so much into one day that's what you need. Don't be afraid to embrace the hat. I'm seeing so many girls wearing hats this season and you have to be brave and embrace it.

Be Confident.

Matte:r Of Fact

With Autumn coming its time to change your bright colour summer nails to something more subtle. This autumn my colours are about Forest Green, Oxblood, Mustard, and Navy, anything that oozes warmth. With that in mind, what better way to tone down your nails with a Matte Nail Polish.

Definitions of Matte: Flat, Dull without a shine -  but that doesn't matte:r when your outfit is bursting with colour, you don't want your nails to detract from it all.

I'm currently craving the Avon Matte - Grey Cement nail polish.

It's a colour that can suit long or short nails, but I would suggest you practise a few time before showing them to the public. Matte Nail Polish shows each stroke of the brush. The bonus factor of Matte is that it dry's super fast, within seconds... and no need for a top coat!
If you can't get your hands on the Avon Polish, lots of others are bringing their own version of the polish. Check out Barry M, Rimmel.

Take the Matte Nail Polish one step at a time. It does take a while to get use to as the shine has disappeared from the tip of your fingers but don't let this phase you. Be brave, be different.

Be Matte Happy, I am.

LDN Muscle

Lets talk health and fitness...
Going to the gym is my favourite hobby. Its my stress realise and makes me feel better. If I have a couple of bad days eating and in due cause not going to the gym I turn into the green eyed monster.

Happy Mind, Happy Body = Happy Body, Happy Mind

If your a beginner in the fitness world or just want to lean more then let me point you in the right direction...

www.ldnmuscle.com

LDN Muscle are a group of 2 sets of twins who want to teach the world about building muscle naturally through eating correctly and using their selection of training programmes.

They have a variety of guides to help you achieve your individual goals, whether it's bulking, cutting, shredding, muscle group work out and food recipes, the list is endless.

You can see all the transformations on the website LDN Results If you look closely you might see me on there.

My experience with LDN Muscle has been an incredible journey. I started with the Bikini Guide following it as close to the book as I could. For me it's the food that lets me down (I'm a MASSIVE Foodie) but if you allow yourself one day of relaxed eating you stay sane. Below is my progress from week 1 to week 3 on the Bikini Guide.

The guide gives you a 14 week diet and training plan. Telling you what to eat, when and how much. Macro then works it all out to suit your body weight and type. It has a 7 day break down of how to train each muscle and on what days, with photo's and written guidance on the techniques of each exercise.
It explains about supplements and gives you some great discount codes, and if that wasn't enough they are constantly helping people out on twitter @LDN_Muscle. It's like a personal fitness help hotline.

After mastering the Bikini Guide I purchased the 10 week split. The 10 week guide changes the programme you have now become use to. This programme just focuses on your workouts so I would advise you to get the Bikini Guide first before jumping straight into the 10 week split.

I love this guide because every week for 3 weeks the training is different. It increases the intensity and sculpts that all important bikini body you crave. Your body doesn't have time to get used to the workout as it constantly changes, and therefore different muscle groups are being exercised all the time. This also keeps the mind fresh as it adopts new challenges from the new routines.

Train well and eat healthy.

Wrap Up Warm.

I Love Autumn!

Autumn is my favourite time of year. Nothing wakes me up quicker then breathing in the crisp, fresh air on a early Saturday morning. With the air being so sharp you have to wrap up warm and that's exactly what I did. I wrapped myself up in the biggest scarf I could find. A great purchase from H & M. Its cosy with a subtle Aztec print making it a perfect match for the crisp autumn Saturdays.

Matching this all with a Tassel handbag made me very happy. I seem to be buying every tassel bag I come across as the moment so you will be seeing a lot more tassel from me.
